Cancellation & Refunds

1. Scope
This policy covers paid Naverix.ai subscriptions, one-off platform fees, and concierge requests booked through our team. Reservations made with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, payment processors) follow the provider's own cancellation rules — Naverix is not the merchant of record for those bookings.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing (or by emailing us — see §8). When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- You won't be charged again after that date.
- Your account stays signed in on the Free tier — your itineraries, boards, and trip logs are preserved.
3. Refunds on subscriptions
- 14-day money-back, first paid month: If you upgrade from Free and decide it's not for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. This applies once per account.
- After 14 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can still cancel future renewals under §2 and keep using your plan until the period ends.
- Annual plans: Same 14-day window from the renewal charge. After that, we don't pro-rate annual plans.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors: We refund those in full as soon as we verify them.
4. Concierge requests
Concierge service fees are refundable up until our team has started sourcing or paying suppliers on your behalf — usually within a few hours of submitting the request. After work begins, the fee is non-refundable, but any unspent supplier funds are returned to you. We'll always tell you which stage your request is in before you ask for a refund.
5. Third-party bookings
Flights, hotels, activities, and other third-party services are bound by the cancellation rules shown at checkout. Some are fully refundable, some partially, some non-refundable — we don't override those terms. Naverix doesn't take a cancellation fee on top of the provider's.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@naverix.ai with the email address on the account and the approximate charge date. We confirm receipt within one business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost all of them faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is in progress may pause access to your account until the dispute is closed.
