Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Naverix.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
3. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no unauthorized automation, no infringing content, no attempts to disrupt the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Bookings & third parties
Some features rely on third-party providers (flights, hotels, payments, AI models). Their own terms apply when you transact with them. We don't guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes from any third-party booking.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
6. Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment on any new paid tier or tier upgrade, provided you have not submitted a Concierge quote request through our network. After 7 days, or after submitting a quote request, refunds are at our sole discretion. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Recurring renewals are not refundable; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
7. Concierge sourcing & network
The Concierge tier routes structured requests (private jets, yacht charters, helicopters, private chefs, hard-to-book reservations) to a curated network of third-party brokers, agents, and operators. Naverix.ai acts solely as an introductory agent: we facilitate the connection and present quotes, but we are not the operator, broker, charterer, or service provider. We do not own, operate, charter, or otherwise control any aircraft, vessel, venue, or service presented through the platform. We make no representation or warranty regarding the safety, suitability, quality, availability, pricing, or delivery of any service quoted or accepted. By accepting a quote, you enter into a direct commercial relationship with the underlying provider, whose terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and liability limits govern that booking. Naverix.ai is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, cancellation, dispute, financial harm, or other damage arising from your engagement with a third-party provider sourced through the network — including provider insolvency, mechanical failure, weather, regulatory action, or breach of contract.
8. Content
You retain ownership of content you create (itineraries, board notes, uploaded media). You grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.
9. Blind Travelers
Matching, public trip reviews and the chat that follows an accepted match request are voluntary. Other travelers only see your first name, last initial, avatar, traveler type and the trip details you posted — your email, full last name, exact date of birth, phone number and social handles are not exposed. Messages are stored on our infrastructure so they persist across devices. Naverix does not verify the identity, age or background of other users; recommended places and reviews shown alongside an itinerary are user-generated and not endorsed by us — verify visas, safety conditions and any information independently. Never share OTPs, passwords or financial details in chat; use the in-app report and block tools for anything inappropriate. You can stop participating at any time by switching reviews back to private, withdrawing requests, archiving posts or deleting your account.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep things accurate and reliable but make no warranties. Travel involves risk — verify visas, safety conditions, and bookings independently.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naverix.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and via email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
